- To Coat: Beaten egg and bread crumbs
- To Fry: Lard
- Garnish: Parsley
- Remove any fat from meat. Mix meat and onion. Mix all ingredients except egg together. Bind with a little beaten egg. Form into a roll on a floured board. Cut into 8 pcs and shape into cake (1/2") thick. Coat with egg crumbs. Fry in warm oil till both sides are brown. Drain and serve garnished with parsley.
