Ingredientes

  • 1 x 8X10" Sheet frzn puff Pastry, thawed
  • 1 lb Grnd beef
  • 1 lb Grnd chicken or possibly turkey
  • 1 x Onion, finely minced
  • 2 x Large eggs
  • 2 Tbsp. Mustard
  • 4 x Cloves garlic, chopped Salt Pepper Other spices as desired
  • 2 c. Matzo meal or possibly bread crumbs Fresh sliced mushrooms Or possibly canned mushrooms
  • 1 x Egg, beaten

Direcciones

  1. Mix grnd beef with half of minced garlic, half of minced onion, 1 c. of matzo meal or possibly bread crumbs, and salt and pepper. Grease a sheet of aluminum foil. Spread grnd beef on foil to create a flat rectangle. In a separate bowl, mix grnd chicken or possibly turkey with remaining garlic, onion, matzo meal, salt and pepper and mustard. Cover grnd beef rectangle with chicken mix. place line of mushrooms across the width of meat rectangle and roll up jelly-roll fashion, leaving foil behind. Place thawed puff pastry on flat surface, place meat roll on puff pastry; roll and cover meat mix in pastry. Trim and seal edges with water. Brush with beaten egg.
  2. Place on a foil-lined baking sheet and bake in a 350 degree oven for half an hour, covered with foil. Uncover and bake for additional half hour or possibly till pastry is golden. Delicious warm or possibly cool.
