Ingredientes

  • 2 pound lean grnd beef
  • 2 Large eggs, lightly beaten
  • 2 slices bread soaked in water & squeezed dry
  • 1/2 c. minced green pepper
  • 1 med. onion, finely minced
  • 1 tbsp. parsley
  • 1 teaspoon ginger
  • 1 tbsp. brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp. soy sauce
  • 1 clove garlic, chopped

Direcciones

  1. Mix and spoon into greased loaf pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Let stand 5 min and pour off any excess juices. Spoon on topping. Serves 6 to 8.
