Ingredientes

  • 1 pound grnd meat
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tbsp. grated Italian cheese
  • 1/2 of a chopped onion
  • 1 teaspoon garlic pwdr
  • 1/2 c. bread crumbs
  • 2 (3 ounce.) cans tomato sauce
  • 2 tbsp. parsley
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • 1 pkg. Italian flavor (or possibly reg.) crescent rolls

Direcciones

  1. Mix well. If mix is too soft, add in more bread crumbs and form into loaf. Bake at 350 degrees, preheated oven, for 30 min.
  2. Remove from oven and place crescent triangles on meat loaf top and sides. Press ends of sides of dough so they stick together, and bake about 15 min longer till golden. Cold 10 to 15 min before slicing. This makes a very impressive looking dish - great for company.
