Ingredientes

  • 1 lb Grnd beef
  • 1 c. Bread crumbs
  • 3 Tbsp. Chopped onion
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 2/3 c. Evaporated lowfat milk
  • 2 Tbsp. Catsup

Direcciones

  1. Mix all ingredients together. Put part of meat in casserole. Place hard-boiled Large eggs in middle and place the rest of the meat on top. As you slice it you will have a slice of egg with your meat. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees.
