- Put together grnd meat, garlic, parsley, large eggs and tomato paste; salt and pepper to taste; knead well. Shape mix into slender sausages and lightly roll them in flour.Heat about 4 tbsp butter in a frying pan and lightly brown the sausages on all sides; add in wine and sufficient water to cover sausages; remove from fire. Make the sauce according to the recipe below; and when cooked, add in the sausages and the sauce from the frying pan in that the meat was browned. Cover and simmer over a low fire for 30 min. Serve with rice pilaf and a vegetable like zucchini saute.
- Dilute tomato paste with 1 cup water. Pour into a frying pan with all remaining ingredients and simmer for 30 min.
