MEAT SOUP

Ingredientes

  • 1/2 kg. beef, cut up
  • 1 medium onion, quartered
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 1 inch ginger
  • 5 cloves
  • 2 black cardamoms
  • 1 tsp. cumin seeds
  • 10 peppercorns
  • 1 tbsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. MSG
  • CORNSTARCH SOLUTION:
  • 2 tbsp. cornstarch
  • 4 tbsp. water

Direcciones

  1. Combine all the ingredients in a pan. Cover with enough water. Simmer for 1 hour or until meat is tender.
  2. Take out meat and set aside. Strain soup in a colander.
  3. Mix meat and soup in a pan. Bring to boil.
  4. Thicken with cornstarch solution.
