Ingredientes

  • 1 x Recipe Of Basic Meatballs, *
  • 4 x Carrots, Md, **
  • 2 x Celery Stalks, ***
  • 3 x Potatoes, Md, ****
  • 16 ounce Stewed Tomatoes, 1 Cn
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Instant Beef Bouillon
  • 1/8 tsp Pepper
  • 1 x Bay Leaf
  • 3/4 c. Water See Recipe 12.

Direcciones

  1. Carrots should be scraped and cut into 1-inch pcs.*** Celery should be cut into 1-inch pcs with strings removed.**** Potatoes should be pared and cut into 1-inch dice.
  2. Prepare basic meatballs except - cook in a Dutch oven. Drain off excess fat. Add in the remaining ingredients and heat to boiling. Reduce the heat, cover and simmer, stirring occasionally, till the vegetables are tender, about 40 min. Remove the bay leaf and serve.
  3. NOTE:You can substitute 1 24-ounce package of frzn stew vegetables for stew for the carrots, celery and potatoes.
