This is quick and easy .It can even be prepped ahead of time.My kids love it.

Ingredientes

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 tsp minced garlic
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • parsley
  • basil
  • 1 tbs italian seasoning
  • 3 links italian sausage taken out of casing
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup italian breadcrumbs
  • add milk to keep mixture moist when mixing(not much)
  • Your favorite store bought pasta sauce or make your own

Direcciones

  1. Mix together all ingredients and shape into balls.Whatever size you like.
  2. Sear meatballs to get a good crustin shallow pan of oil
  3. Do not attempt to cook them just sear
  4. Take out of pan and put into sauce and let simmer about 20 to 30 min.
  5. place meatballs on your favorite sub roll or bread
  6. top with mozzarella or my daughter's favorite provolone
