Ingredientes

  • Salt
  • 1 (8 ounce) pkg. medium noodles
  • 1/2 c. packaged bread stuffing
  • 2 teaspoon instant chopped onion
  • 1/2 c. lowfat milk
  • 1 pound grnd beef
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 T butter
  • 1 (10 1/2 ounce) can mushroom gravy
  • 1/4 c. light cream
  • 1/2 teaspoon dry dillweed

Direcciones

  1. Bring water and salt for noodles to boiling as package label directs.2. In medium bowl, put together stuffing, onion, 1/4 tsp salt, and lowfat milk. When soft, add in beef, egg and Worcestershire; with fork, mix till combined. Shape into 2 dozen meatballs.
  2. Add in noodles to boiling water.
  3. In hot butter in frying pan, brown meatballs on all sides. Stir in gravy, cream and dill; simmer, covered, 10 to 15 min.
  4. Meanwhile, drain noodles well. Arrange around edge of heated serving platter; spoon meatballs and sauce into center. Makes 4 to 5 servings.
