Ingredientes

  • 1 env Onion soup mix
  • 1 Tbsp. All-purpose flour
  • 2 c. Water
  • 1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 lb Grnd beef
  • 1 x Egg slightly beaten
  • 1 tsp Dry oregano
  • 2 x Garlic cloves chopped
  • 1/2 c. Rolled oats
  • 1/2 c. Lowfat milk
  • 1/4 tsp Salt

Direcciones

  1. In a large skillet, combine the soup mix, flour, water, and Worcestershire sauce. Bring to a boil over moderate heat.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the beef, egg, oregano, garlic, oats, lowfat milk, and salt and mix well. Drop by rounded teaspoonful into the simmering gravy. Cook for about 5 min, then turn the meatballs over. Cover and simmer for another 5 min.
  3. This recipe yields 4 servings.
