Ingredientes

  • 1 lb Sirloin steak
  • 1/2 lb Cheddar cheese
  • 1 Tbsp. Onion pwdr
  • 1 Tbsp. Garlic pwdr
  • 1 1/2 tsp Cayenne pepper
  • 2 x Large eggs
  • 2 lb Gound meat(beef, pork, trky)
  • 2 tsp Flour Veg. oil
  • 1/2 x Onion, minced fine
  • 1/4 x Green pepper, minced fine
  • 2 c. Tomato sauce Water
  • 1/2 c. White wine

Direcciones

  1. Grind sirloin and dice cheese into 1/4" cubes. Mix onion pwdr, garlic pwdr and cayenne pepper, with the Large eggs, grnd meat and sirloin. Roll into 2-1/2 inch balls. With a spoon make a hole in the center of each meatball, put in a cube of cheese and reclose the ball. Roll in flour and brown. Make roux with 2 tsp. flour and veg. oil. Add in onions, then add in green peppers. Add in tomato sauce and one can of water. Let simmer for 10 min. Add in meatballs and let simmer till gravy reaches desired thickness. Add in white wine and stir. This can be served over spaghetti or possibly rice with a salad.
