Receta Meatloaf
I think meatloaf has gotten a bad wrap. Maybe because people were used to eating a dry tasteless mass of something they were not familiar with. This is a good basic recipe for meatloaf. I checked my pantry and made it because I was tired of making the same old, same old for dinner. Yes, I know it is odd that this has no egg, I ran out of eggs and hadn't gone to the grocery yet. I usually like a ketchup brown sugar glaze on mine. I was out of brown sugar. I used bottled barbecue sauce instead. Any brand will do. The only thing I will do next time is grate my onion. I think the milk made it very moist. I know Julia Child added a bit of milk to her hamburgers to make them moist. "How did it taste" you ask? It was moist, delicious and flavorful without even breaking a sweat!
