Ingredientes

  • 2 lbs. grnd beef
  • 1 teaspoon oregano
  • 1/2 c. onion flakes
  • 1 tbsp. basil
  • 1 tbsp. parsley flakes
  • 1 teaspoon garlic salt or possibly pwdr
  • 2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • 2 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1/2 c. water
  • 1 can Hunt's herb tomato sauce
  • 2 cans Hunt's Special tomato sauce
  • 1 (6 ounce.) tomato paste
  • 8 ounce. lasagne noodles
  • 1 sm. cottage cheese
  • Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tub ricotta cheese
  • 3 (8 ounce.) Mozzarella cheese

Direcciones

  1. Brown beef, oregano, onion flakes, basil, parsley, garlic, salt, pepper, extra virgin olive oil, sugar, and water till done. Drain, if needed, and mix all tomato sauces and paste with meat mix. Fill the baking dish alternately as follows: meat, sauce, noodles, cottage cheese, Parmesan cheese, ricotta cheese, Mozzarella cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 min to 1 hour. Cold 15 min before cutting.
