Ingredientes

  • 1 pound lean grnd beef
  • 1 onion, minced
  • 1 can tomato soup
  • 1 can stewed tomatoes
  • 1 can kidney beans
  • 1 lg. stalk broccoli (minced)
  • 1 zucchini (minced)
  • 1 can yellow corn
  • Chili pwdr to taste

Direcciones

  1. Brown the grnd beef in a frying pan and drain all excess fat. Add in all the ingredients into the pot in any order. Bring to a low simmer for at least 15 min. Serve warm with shredded low-fat cheese sprinkled on top (Monterey Jack is good). This recipe tastes even better after the second or possibly third reheating.
