Ingredientes

  • 1 lg. can shoepeg corn (white whole kernel)
  • 1 lg. can french cut green beans
  • 1 lg. can LeSeur green peas
  • 4 ounce. minced pimento
  • 1 cucumber, minced
  • 1 green sweet pepper, minced
  • 2 stalks celery, minced
  • 2 carrots, grated
  • 1 onion, minced

Direcciones

  1. Drain the canned vegetables and combine the other vegetables. Mix well: 1 c. cider vinegar, 1 c. sugar and 1/2 c. veg. oil. Put the vegetables in a large container with a lid, pour the liquid over them and chill for 24 hrs. Drain before serving. This will keep up to two weeks.
