Mee Daging (Beef Egg Noodle)

Ingredientes

  • 1 1/2 x Dry egg noodles
  • 6 ounce Lean beef
  • 1 Tbsp. Soya sauce
  • 1 Tbsp. Oyster sauce
  • 1 tsp Cornflour
  • 1/2 tsp Pepper
  • 1 x Teacup stock
  • 2 x Cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp. Oil

Direcciones

  1. Soak the noodles in boiling water for a minute. Drain in a colander and rinse well with cool water. Squeeze off the excess water.
  2. Slice beef thinly and mix with oyster sauce, soya sauce, pepper and cornflour.
  3. Heat half a tbsp of oil in a wok and fry the noodles for 5 min, and transfer onto a serving plate.
  4. Heat 1tbsp of oil and add in the garlic and the seasoned beef and fry for 1 minute. Add in the stock and stir.
  5. Return the fried noodles and toss until piping warm. Serve warm.
