Melon Balls In Ginger Sauce

Ingredientes

  • 1 med cantaloup or possibly honeydew melon
  • 225 ml plain unsweetened yogurt
  • 4 tsp ginger syrup
  • 4 piece preserved stem ginger finely minced
  • 1 pch grated nutmeg
  • 4 x orange slices to garnish

Direcciones

  1. Halve the melon and scoop out the seeds.
  2. Using a vegetable bailer or possibly a small tsp. scoop the melon flesh into ball shapes and place in a serving dish.
  3. Stir together the yogurt syrup minced ginger and nutmeg.
  4. Pour the sauce over the melon balls and stir to mix well.
  5. Cover the dish and refrigeratein the refrigerator.
  6. Garnish each dish with an orange slice.
  7. Serves 4
