Ingredientes

  • 1 x very ripe ogen or possibly cantaloupe melon peeled and seeded
  • 1/4 pt fruity white wine (such as riesling)
  • 1/3 pt buttermilk
  • 2 Tbsp. lime juice l/2in fresh ginger grated

Direcciones

  1. In a food processor blend the melon till it is a smooth puree add in the wine buttermilk and lime juice and process again.
  2. Pour into four bowls and garnish with ginger.
  3. For a sweeter soup perhaps for a pudding substitute crystallised ginger for raw and add in 4 tbsp of melon cubes.
  4. Serves 4
  5. Avocado and goats cheese toast
  6. 1 ripe avocado mashed4oz soft goats cheese2 spring onions finely sliced1 tbsp minced dill1 tbsp lemon juice1 tbsp extra virgin olive oilsalt and black pepper
  7. Combine the first six ingredients to a rough paste.
  8. Season with salt and plenty of black pepper and dollop on to crackers crostini toast or possibly biscuits.
  9. Serves 4
