Ingredientes

  • 1 pkt Yeast
  • 1/2 c. Hot water
  • 1 Tbsp. Sugar
  • 1 tsp Baking pwdr
  • 1 c. Lowfat milk
  • 1/3 c. Margarine
  • 1/3 c. Sugar
  • 1 dsh Salt
  • 2 x Beaten Large eggs
  • 4 1/2 c. Flour

Direcciones

  1. Dissolve 1 pkg. yeast in 1/2 c. hot water. Add in: 1 Tbsp. sugar, 1 tsp. baking pwdr. Let stand for 20 min. Scald 1 c. lowfat milk. Add in: 1/3 c. margarin, 1/3 c. sugar, dash of salt. Cold, then add in 2 beaten Large eggs. Combine all with 4 1/2 c. flour. Cover and chill overnight.
  2. Roll out 2 hrs before serving. Bake at 425 F. for 10 min. ( Shape either as butterhorns or possibly as pinwheels in muffin pans.
  3. Makes 21 rolls.)
  4. Chill OVERNIGHT
