%20before%20we%20headed%20out%20for%20camp%20at%205%20am.%20%20I%20packed%20a%20banana%20for%20the%20kids%20to%20eat%20before%20they%20started%20their%20day%20at%20camp%20at%208:30%20~9.%20%20I%20was%20good%20without%20the%20banana%20and%20we%20all%20kept%20nicely%20for%20the%20day%20until%20lunch%20time.%20%20I%20find%20that%20the%20longer%20we%20do%20without%20grains,%20sugar,%20legumes,%20beans%20etc.%20the%20less%20hungry%20we%20get.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EI%20believe%20I%20started%20the%20ketosis%20process%20just%20a%20few%20days%20ago%20and%20I'll%20save%20you%20the%20tell%20tale%20sign%20since%20this%20is%20a%20FOOD%20blog...%20LOL!%20%20So%20far%20I%20lost%208%20pounds.%20%20You%20know%20what???%20%20I%20was%20totally%20happy%20at%20the%20bigger%20weight%20and%20that%20is%20the%20HONEST%20truth.%20%20This%20whole%20diet%20idea%20was%20my%20husbands%20for%20himself.%20%20If%20I%20am%20not%20good%20at%20anything%20else,%20diets%20I%20can%20do%20well%20so%20I%20only%20got%20on%20board%20to%20support%20him.%20%20He%20lost%2018%20pounds%20so%20far%20and%20let%20me%20tell%20you%20his%20clothes%20are%20starting%20to%20look%20ridiculously%20large%20on%20him!%20%20LOL.%20%20He%20says%20he%20likes%20his%20clothes%20big%20since%20he%20spent%20way%20too%20much%20tine%20with%20his%20clothes%20too%20tight.%20%20I%20guess%20we%20all%20could%20relate%20to%20that%20at%20one%20point%20or%20another.%20%20As%20for%20me,%20I'm%20pulling%20out%20my%20packed%20away%20never%20to%20be%20fit%20into%20again%20shorts%20this%20summer!%20;-)%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3ERemember%20those%20excess%20harvested%20cucumbers%20from%20two%20weeks%20ago?%20I%20turned%20them%20into%20pickles%20end%20of%20week%20before%20last.%20%20I%20will%20blog%20the%20recipe%20I%20used%20this%20week.%20%20Here%20is%20one%20of%20three%20giant%20jars%20of%20pickles.%20%20I%20packed%205%20regular%20sized%20cucumbers%20into%20each%20jar.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EPickles%20are%20a%20great%20Paleo%20Snack%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3ESaturday:%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EGrilled%20London%20Broil,%20Cauliflower%20Puree,%20Broccoli%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3ESunday:%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EWhile%20I%20am%20at%20Church%20I%20will%20have%20a%20loaf%20of%20Udi's%20White%20Bread%20Copycat%20Recipe%20for%20Bread%20Machine.%20%20When%20the%20kids%20get%20home%20I%20will%20serve%20them%20sandwiches.%20%20Adults%20will%20not%20eat%20bread%20so%20salad%20for%20us.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EMonday:%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3ETuesday:%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EI%20that%20last%20cabbage%20to%20get%20out%20of%20the%20garden%20this%20week%20so%20two%20more%20days%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3Eof%20free%20vegetable%20sides%20for%20us.%20%20I%20don't%20know%20about%20my%20hubs%20but%20I%20have%20been%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3Eloving%20the%20cabbages%20this%20year.%20%20Sure%20will%20miss%20then%20when%20they%20are%20gone!%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3ELeftover%20London%20Broil%20and%20Cabbage%20Stir%20fry%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EInstead%20of%20Leftover%20Buffet%20as%20featured%20on%20most%20blogs%20I%20love%20to%20pull%20my%20leftovers%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3Etogether%20to%20make%20a%20stir%20fry.%20%20I%20really%20love%20the%20taste%20of%20cabbage%20in%20these%20sort%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3Eof%20dishes.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EThursday:%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3ETurkey%20Burgers%20topped%20with%20Lettuce,%20tomato,%20Sweet%20Onion%20and%20Pickles%20and%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3ESweet%20Potato%20Fries.%3C/p%3E){kind=link}
