Ingredientes

  • 1 x Egg white
  • 1/3 c. Sugar
  • 1/2 tsp Vanilla
  • 1/3 c. Minced pecans
  • 3 x Soda crackers -- crushed

  1. Beat the egg white in a mixing bowl till soft peaks form. Add in the sugar and vanilla gradually till stiff peaks form. Stir in the pecans and crackers. Spread a rounded teaspoonful of the mix on the bottom and sides of 6 well-buttered muffin c.. Bake at 325F for 25 to 30 min till light golden. Cold about 5 min. To remove from the c., carefully loosen the edges with a paring knife.
  2. These c., when cooled, can be filled with any combination of ice cream, syrup, or possibly fresh fruit, etc.
