Ingredientes

  • 4 x Egg whites
  • 1 pch Salt
  • 3 x -(up to)
  • 6 Tbsp. Sugar
  • 1/4 tsp Cream of tartar

Direcciones

  1. Refrigerateegg whites, add in salt and cream of tartar and beat till very stiff.
  2. Gradually add in sugar and beat long sufficient to thoroughly dissolve the grains of sugar. To decorate pie, spread half over pie filling, the put remainder in pastry bag and decorate edges. If you like, sprinkle top with 1 Tbsp. of sugar. Bake as directed for specific pie.
