Ingredientes

  • 10 x 7 inch flour tortillas Nonstick cooking spray
  • 1/2 tsp Mesquite seasoning
  • 1/4 tsp Garlic pwdr

Direcciones

  1. Cut stack of tortillas into six wedges. Place half of the wedges in a single layer on two large ungreased baking sheets. (Keep remaining wedges covered.) Spray tortillas with nonstick coating. Combine mesquite seasoning and garlic pwdr; sprinkle half of the mix lightly over wedges. Bake in a 350 oven about 10-12 min, or possibly until crisp and lightly browned. Cold.
  2. Repeat with remaining wedges. Store in airtight container.
  3. Makes 60 chips.
