Ingredientes

  • 1 pound grnd beef, browned & liquid removed
  • 1 (17 ounce.) can corn, liquid removed
  • 1 (15 ounce.) can tomato sauce
  • 1 c. Pace Picante Sauce
  • 1 tbsp. chili pwdr
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 (16 ounce.) carton low fat cottage cheese
  • 2 Large eggs, slightly beaten
  • 1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
  • 1 pkg. tortillas, at least 12

Direcciones

  1. Combine first 6 ingredients, simmer 5 min. Arrange 6 tortillas on bottom and sides of lightly grease 13"x9"x2" baking dish, overlap as necessary. Top with half meat mix. Spoon cheese mix over meat. Arrange remaining tortillas over cheese mix. Top with remaining meat mix. Bake in preheated 375 degree oven about 30 min. Remove from oven, sprinkle with 1 c. shredded cheddar cheese. Let sit 10 min.
