Ingredientes

  • 1 bag corn chips, crushed (you can use plain tortilla, or possibly cheese flavored tortilla or possibly regular Frito-type corn chips) Or possibly several taco shells, crushed
  • 1 x -2 lbs. grnd beef Taco seasoning (and water to make) Or possibly picante sauce Or possibly taco sauce
  • 1 lb grated cheddar cheese Or possibly cheese slices
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup (or possibly your favorite cream soup)
  • 1/2 x to 1 soup can lowfat milk
  • 1 x onion, minced (optional)

Direcciones

  1. Spray a casserole dish with nonstick spray. Place half the crushed chips/shells in the bottom and spread to cover. Brown grnd beef. Season using taco seasoning according to directions Or possibly by mixing sauce into grnd beef. Mix onions into seasoned beef mix. Layer grnd beef and cheese (at least two layers or possibly more) in casserole dish. Mix together soup and lowfat milk. Pour over all.
  2. Place dish in a 350 degree oven for 10 min. Remove from oven and sprinkle remaining chips/shells on top. Return to oven for 10 min more or possibly till done.
