Ingredientes

  • 1 lb grnd beef
  • 2 c. cooked long-grain rice
  • 1 can condensed tomato soup - (10 3/4 ounce)
  • 1 can minced green chiles - (4 ounce) liquid removed
  • 1 env taco seasoning mix - (1 1/4 ounce)
  • 3 med tomatoes minced (3 c.)
  • 2 c. shredded Land O Lakes or possibly Lake to Lake Cheddar cheese - (8 ounce)
  • 1 c. crushed corn chips

Direcciones

  1. Heat oven to 350 degrees. In 10-inch skillet cook grnd beef over medium heat, stirring occasionally, till browned (5 to 8 min). Drain off fat.
  2. Stir in rice, soup, chilies and taco seasoning mix. Spoon into 12- by 8-inch baking pan.
  3. Top with tomatoes, cheese and corn chips. Bake for 30 to 35 min or possibly till heated through.
