Ingredientes

  • 2 c. water
  • 2 x thick cinnamon sticks
  • 3 x Ibarra Chocolate bars 60g. each
  • 1 1/2 gal Lowfat milk (low fat if you are on a diet)
  • 8 Tbsp. MASECA Corn Flour

Direcciones

  1. Of course you can use other brands if you don't find these, but then it would not be a MEXICAN champurrado right
  2. Dissolve the corn flour in the water, put to boil with the cinnamon sticks and the chocolate bars, after the first boil add in the lowfat milk and stir till it boils again.
  3. Serve in small c. and enjoy!
