Ingredientes

  • 1 pound grnd beef
  • 1 can (10 ounce) Rotel tomatoes
  • Sm. can of green chilies, minced
  • 1/2 pound Velveeta reg. cheese
  • 1/2 pound Velveeta Mexican cheese
  • Raw onions to taste

Direcciones

  1. Brown grnd beef, drain fat. Open can of Rotel tomatoes and drain, also the green chilies. In microwave, place cheese in casserole container on high, microwave 5 min. Stir cheese till smooth. Add in rest of ingredients to cheese. Serve with nacho chips. May be refrigerated then reheated.
