Ingredientes

  • 4 chicken breast halves, cooked
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 (7 ounce.) can diced chilies
  • 3 c. lowfat sour cream
  • 6 green onions
  • 1/2 c. lowfat milk
  • 1 (10 ounce.) pkg. tortilla chips
  • 1/4 pound Monterey Jack cheese, grated
  • 1/4 pound Cheddar cheese, grated
  • Garlic salt & seasoned salt to taste

Direcciones

  1. Cut cooked chicken into pcs, chop onion tops. Mix with all ingredients except chips and cheeses. Layer chips in bottom of 9 x 13 inch baking pan. Pour chicken mix over chips. Spread cheese on top and do this in layers. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 30 min and till warm and bubbly. Serve with minced avocado or possibly red and green taco sauce if you like.
