Ingredientes

  • 1 chicken (boiled till tender)
  • 1 onion (sauteed in butter)
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 (10 ounce.) can tomatoes & green chilies (Rotel)
  • 1 c. lowfat milk
  • 1 can chicken stock (or possibly from boiled chicken)
  • 1 (7 ounce.) pkg. Doritos
  • Grated cheese to cover

Direcciones

  1. Pour chicken broth over Doritos in baking dish. Add in boned chicken and onion. Mix other ingredients and pour over all. Note: Better if refrigerated 24 hrs. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees. Sprinkle cheese on top and bake till melted.
