Ingredientes

  • 1 c. cocoa
  • 3/4 c. butter, melted
  • 1 1/4 c. all purpose flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 3 c. granulated sugar
  • 7 Large eggs, lightly beaten
  • 1 tbsp. vanilla extract
  • 2 1/2 teaspoon grnd cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon freshly grnd black pepper

Direcciones

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a small bowl, combine cocoa with butter, stirring till smooth. In a large mixing bowl, combine flour, salt, and sugar. Stir in cocoa mix. Blend in Large eggs, vanilla, cinnamon, and pepper. Pour into lightly greased 13 x 9 x 2 inch baking pan and bake 35-40 min or possibly till center is set. Makes about 24 brownies.
