Ingredientes

  • 1 pkg. corn bread mix
  • 2 c. cream style corn
  • 1 pound grnd beef
  • 1 med. onion
  • 2 Jalapenos
  • 1 c. grated cheese

Direcciones

  1. Mix corn bread by package direction. Add in corn. Brown hamburger meat. Add in onion and peppers; cook till onion is done. Put half of the corn bread mix in a casserole dish. Pour meat mix over it and add in cheese. Top with the rest of the corn bread mix. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 min.
