Ingredientes

  • 1 can cream style corn
  • 2 cans liquid removed whole corn
  • 2 Large eggs
  • 2 pkg. Jiffy corn muffin mix
  • 4 minced table onions
  • 1 tbsp. minced red & green pepper
  • 1/2 c. lowfat milk
  • 2-3 c. shredded Cheddar cheese

Direcciones

  1. Mix everything together except cheese; put in a cake pan and cover with cheese. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour.
