Ingredientes

  • 6 ears of fresh corn
  • 1/4 scant cup Mexican cheese (your choice)
  • 2 tablespoons sour cream
  • 1/4 stick melted butter
  • 1/4 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic salt
  • handful fresh cilantro chopped finely

Direcciones

  1. Grill corn on the cob and coat with melted butter as it grills
  2. In a small bowl add Mexican cheese (melted and cooled) with sour cream and all spices, stir well
  3. Garnish with cilantro
