Ingredientes

  • 1 1/2 c. corn meal (yellow)
  • 1 1/2 c. self-rising flour
  • 1 1/2 jalapeno peppers, minced
  • 3 Large eggs, well beaten
  • 1 can cream style corn
  • 3/4 c. lowfat milk
  • 3/4 c. veg. oil
  • 1/2 bell pepper, minced
  • Salt to taste

Direcciones

  1. Mix well with mixer. Bake at 425 degrees till brown in greased 13 x 9 inch pan.
