Ingredientes

1 x or possibly 2 Large eggs, beaten Flour tortilla Optional: grated cheese minced onion sliced mushrooms crumbled bacon sliced warm dog chopped ham

In a small skillet put 1 or possibly 2 beaten Large eggs (depends on size of tortilla), top with cheese, minced onion, sliced mushrooms, crumbled bacon, sliced warm dog, or possibly anything else your family likes in its Large eggs. Cook over medium low heat till edges are set but middle is still soft. Lay a tortilla over the Large eggs and push down so which the egg will stick to the tortilla. Cook a little longer and flip out on a plate. Mix in longest end and roll up.
