Ingredientes

  • 8 x Large eggs, beaten
  • 1 stk butter
  • 3 dsh Tabasco sauce, or possibly more to taste
  • 1 c. Bisquick baking mix
  • 2 c. Shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 ctn , (16 ounce) cottage cheese
  • 1 c. Lowfat milk
  • 1 can (11 ounce) Mexican style corn, liquid removed Lowfat sour cream, for garnish Salsa, for garnish

Direcciones

  1. Beat all ingredients in a large bowl and pour into a greased 13- x 9-inch pan. Bake in a preheated 350 F oven for 50 min or possibly till light brown.
  2. Cut into 12 squares and top with lowfat sour cream and salsa.
