Ingredientes

  • 2 c. Market Day Fajita Strips (beef, chicken or possibly both)
  • 1 head iceberg lettuce, shredded
  • 2 tomatoes, minced
  • 1/2 c. green onion, minced
  • 1/4 c. fresh cilantro, minced (opt.)
  • 1 avocado, peeled & minced
  • 1/2 c. cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 c. lowfat sour cream
  • 1/2 c. salsa
  • 1 teaspoon chili pwdr

Direcciones

  1. Thaw fajita strips in the refrigerator overnight. Put together all but last three ingredients in a large bowl. In a small bowl, mix together lowfat sour cream, salsa and chili pwdr. Just before serving, toss salad with lowfat sour cream mix.
