Ingredientes

  • 1 c. Tortilla chips -- crushed
  • 2 c. Rice -- cooked
  • 1 c. Kidney beans -- liquid removed
  • 1 1/2 lb Fillets -- cut into 1" Strips
  • 1 c. Salsa
  • 1/2 c. Monterey Jack cheese -- Shredded
  • 1/2 c. Onions -- minced
  • 3 ounce Tortilla chips -- for Serving

Direcciones

  1. Preheat oven at 400. Prepare a 2 qt casserole dish with cooking spray.
  2. Using half the ingredients at a time, make alternate layers of crushed tortilla chips, rice, beans, fish strips, salsa, cheese, and onion. Bake for 25 to 30 min. Serve with tortilla chips.
