Ingredientes

  • 1 lb Velveeta process cheese,, cut in small cubes Lowfat milk
  • 1/2 lb Shredded sharp cheddar cheese Picante sauce
  • 1 c. Prepared chili,, pureed in blender

Direcciones

  1. Place Velveeta cubes in a microwave safe bowl and microwave on high for about 30 seconds. Stir and repeat till cheese is almost melted. Add in about 1/2 c. of the picante sauce and the shredded cheddar. Microwave as before till cheese is nearly melted. Taste and add in more lowfat milk or possibly picante sauce as needed. Add in warm cheese to chili in blender bowl; pulse just sufficient to mix.
  2. Serve with tortilla chips.
