- 1 tsp Grated lime peel
- 3 Tbsp. Minced fresh cilantro

- Just got back from a trip to Mexico. Loved the food!! Had a craving for these but had no recipe so I improvised. Turned out just like I remembered!
- Chop tomatoes & green onions and place in a bowl. Add in the lime juice, peel and minced cilantro. Mix well. Chill for 1 hour prior to serving.
- Serve with taco chips. Can be stored in the refrigerator for a few days.
