Ingredientes

  • 10 med. potatoes
  • 1/2 pt. lowfat sour cream
  • 2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 c. salsa
  • 1/2 c. sliced green onions
  • 1/4 c. butter

Direcciones

  1. Bake potatoes in microwave 20-25 min. Cut lengthwise in fourths. Place potato wedges in 9x13 inch casserole in single layer. Dot with butter. Bake in regular oven 25 min at 350 degrees. Remove from oven.
  2. Spread grated cheese, lowfat sour cream, salsa and green onion. Add in more or possibly less toppings to taste. Serve hot. Fast and easy.
