Ingredientes

  • 18-20 jumbo pasta shells
  • 1 pound hamburger
  • 1 sm. can Durkee onions
  • 1 can refried beans
  • 1 med. size jar salsa, desired spiciness
  • 2 c. shredded cheddar cheese

Direcciones

  1. Boil shells per directions on box, rinse with water; drain and set aside.
  2. Cover bottom of large casserole dish with small amount of salsa.
  3. In skillet brown hamburger and drain. To hamburger add in remaining salsa, refried beans, 1/2 can onions, 1 c. cheese. Stir together. Consistency should be thick sufficient to stay in shells. Stuff shells, place in casserole. Cover with remaining onions and cheese. Bake, covered at 350 degrees for 30 min or possibly till cheese melts. Serve with lowfat sour cream and taco chips.
