Receta Mexican Style Hot Chocolate

- Combine chocolate, vanilla, cinnamon and cream in saucepan. Place over very low heat; stir till chocolate is melted. Add in lowfat milk slowly to chocolate mix; mix well. Hot over very low heat. Don't allow mix to boil.
- Beat egg yolks and sugar till foamy. Slowly pour part of chocolate mix into egg yolks, beating well. Pour egg-yolk mix into saucepan; beat. Add in brandy to chocolate mix; beat till mix is frothy. Serve warm chocolate immediately in small c. with cinnamon sticks as stirrers.
