Ingredientes

  • 2 pound round steak 1/2" thick (tenderized)
  • 3 tbsp. flour
  • 2 tbsp. salad oil
  • 1 recipe salsa (recipe follows)
  • 1 (6 ounce.) can mushrooms (liquid removed & broiled)

Direcciones

  1. Cut steak into serving pcs. Combine flour, salt and a dash of pepper. Dredge meat in flour mix. Brown meat in warm oil in skillet. Place meat in baking dish, cover with 1/2 of salsa mix and cover. Bake at 325 degrees for 2 hrs. Add in mushrooms; bake 10 min more. Skim off excess fat. Serve over warm rice with remaining warm salsa sauce.
