Ingredientes

  • 1 pound hamburger
  • 1/2 c. minced onion
  • 2 teaspoon chili pwdr
  • Dash red or possibly black pepper
  • 1 (16 ounce.) can corn
  • 15 ounce. can tomato sauce
  • 1 c. corn chips, slightly crushed
  • 1/2 - 1 c. shredded cheddar cheese

Direcciones

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease 2 qt casserole. In large skillet, brown hamburger and onion; drain. Stir in chili pwdr, pepper, corn and tomato sauce. Pour into greased casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 min. Sprinkle with corn chips; top with cheese. Return to oven and bake 5 min or possibly till cheese begins to heat. 4 to 6 servings.
