Ingredientes

  • 1 pound grnd beef
  • 1 med. onion, minced
  • 1 clove garlic, chopped
  • 2 cans tomato paste (6 ounce.)
  • 1 1/2 c. water
  • 1 to 2 tbsp. chili pwdr
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 c. lowfat sour cream
  • 9 tortillas
  • 2 c. shredded cheddar cheese
  • 6 ripe olives, halved, for garnish

Direcciones

  1. Brown meat with onion and garlic. Pour off fat. Add in tomato paste, water, chili pwdr and salt. Simmer 20 min. Spoon 1/4 of meat sauce into 2 qt casserole dish. Spread 3 tortillas with lowfat sour cream; arrange over meat sauce, overlapping as necessary. Sprinkle with 1/4 of the cheese. Repeat layers 3 times, ending with meat sauce. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 min.
