Ingredientes

  • 1 head lettuce, torn into bite-size pcs
  • 1 (15 1/2 ounce.) kidney beans, liquid removed
  • 2 med. tomatoes, cut in wedges
  • 1/2 c. sliced green onions
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 c. (4 ounce.) shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 c. commercial Russian salad dressing
  • 3 c. corn chips, broken

Direcciones

  1. Place lettuce in large bowl; top with beans, tomatoes and onions. Add in salt and pepper and cheese. Just before serving, add in dressing and chips. Toss to combine.
