Mexican Won Tons W/Guacamole

Ingredientes

  • 1 pkg. won ton shells
  • 20 ounce shredded Monterey Jack cheese w/jalapenos
  • 3 each Haas California avocado or possibly 1 lg. Florida avocado
  • 2 lg. limes, juiced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon red pepper
  • 2 teaspoon lowfat sour cream
  • 1 bottle corn oil

Direcciones

  1. Won tons: Take each wrapper and insert approximately 1/2 tsp of cheese. Fold 4 corners to top. Pinch with water to seal. Deep fry these in wok filled with oil till golden. Drain on paper towel. Mash avocado and mix with remaining ingredients. Serve hot won tons with Guacamole dip.
